My Fitness League (MFL) builds team bonds and fitness together — through a company-wide league of competing teams, daily activities, surprise challenges, and a Grande Finale & Awards Ceremony. Any company, any size. No app store. No IT setup.
Not a generic chatbot. A coach that knows your goals and your schedule, every day of the league.
Thirty minutes that make the league real before anyone logs a thing.
A live event. All teams on stage, trophies lifted, confetti flying. Not a notification, not a Zoom call.
Activities build the habit. Challenges build the drama. Host picks the mix.
Everyone logs their chosen activity every day and the team banks the points. Host picks from 10–12 activities and sets the daily targets.
Team events the host drops during the league, each running 1–2 weeks. Host sets the duration, rules and points.
Per person, per league. AI Personal Coach + AI League Manager in every plan.
We set it up, manage it, and run it — you just show up for Launch Day. Tell us about your team and we’ll confirm your slot.
